Welcome to Four Cornered Room.

 

This is a website that documents my journey through 2017. During 2017, I had a torrid year with my mental health. It was unchartered territory for me and now, I want to share my experiences in the hope that it helps me, and anyone else that feels the same way that I felt. 

During 2017, I went through a lot to try and tackle anxiety, stress and depression. 

Everything that I write on the blog here is reflective. None of the content is from diaries at the time or notes i've written; i'm writing from memory as this is a useful method of catharsis for me.

I have attached music to each of the blog posts, and I will be curating a playlist as I publish different entries. The music included are songs that mean something to me, or feel relevant to the blog post.
